This home is extremely dear to me. She was a true labor or love. Nestled in the middle of the forest in Swan Lake and top of a hill you will have the beautiful surroundings of Pine trees and the sounds of birds. There is a brook in front of the house that we often take dips in, the front road is very quiet and often used for bike riders and long walks. The neighbors are extremely friendly, but also quiet and about a mile away.

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. It has an open lofty concept and is perfect for family of one or a couple. No pets!

We are neat freaks and treat this house with a lot of care. Potential guests or longer term stays must have the same intention and level of mindfulness when staying here.

Closest towns are Monticello, White Lake, Livingston Manor. We also frequent Narrowsburg and Accord if you're fine with longer drives.
