Hi there!! My partner and I will be out of town for a month and are seeking a subletter that can also take care of our cat, Sake. Our rent is $2750/month, but we have reduced the sublet to $2300 as compensation for cat sitting.

Cat care is very minimal and simple! He has a free feeder for food and needs his water changed and litter box cleaned. He is indoor only.

The space is a 2-story, 1 bedroom duplex in Silverlake. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is always street parking available right outside, as well as a shared driveway. Laundry room is through the kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space shared with one other person!
