We've always rented and managed this apartment over the detached garage ourselves, with no brokers, and no outsourced corporate management. I own my own business and mostly work from home.
No application fee, no move-in fee, no other fees. Application is very standard including references and financial info. Credit report is required. 1.5 months security deposit ($2,550 or $2,850 with parking). Minimum 1 year lease. Strong financials a must, meaning you must show documented proof of income of at least 40x monthly rent ($68,000 or $76,000 with parking). Lease with a guarantor may be considered at 80x monthly rent.
