Come stay in my sweet Crown Heights studio apartment. I'll be out of town March 24 to April 20, and looking to sublet for as much of that period as people. Dates flexible at the beginning and end if needed. Open to negotiating price if your dates align well.
Spacious studio apartment on the garden level of a classic Crown Heights brownstone building, with a total of four units. This is the rear studio, so there is no street noise at all, very peaceful and quiet. Studio comes with access to a large gorgeous backyard. There's a piano, a couple of guitars, and plenty of other odds and ends of music gear that you're welcome to use if you so desire. Fully equipped kitchen, good pots/pans, food staples, etc. Good fast wifi.
Central Crown Heights, down the block from Franklin Avenue, right between Atlantic and Eastern Parkway - easy access to the A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, Franklin Av Shuttle. Happy to leave you my bike for the month, too.

This is a communal building and landlord lives upstairs. Looking for a chill, friendly, respectful subletter - no parties, no late night noise, etc. Will ask for a video chat, may ask you to do a quick video chat with the landlord at their request. Preference if you're able to swing by in person.
Single subletter strongly preferred; probably a little small for a couple.
