We are subletting our studio apartment in Cole Valley near Shrader & Carmel St. for 1 month (starting 12/16)

- Quiet oasis up in the trees. 3m walk to beautiful sunsets at Tank Hill, 5m walk to hiking trails in Sutro Forest, 15m walk to golden gate park

- 5-10m walk to restaurant, grocery, bars, coffee shops, and everything you will need!

- 5-10m walk to public transit that can get you everywhere in the city

- No “real” kitchen, but we have a table top 2 burner stove, 2 mini fridges, a double toaster oven (with bake, roast, airfare, etc.), instapot, microwave, and hot water heater (sink in the bathroom)

- Street parking is plentiful on our block

- Washer and dryer on site

Note: it is on top of a large hill (great sunset views!), and there are some steps to enter the building.

Hi,

We’re Caleb & Nina, a couple from the US & Germany. We are tenants, and we are friends with the landlord.

We enjoy meditating, spending time in nature, enjoying good food, seeing music, and being together with friends. Our work is building community around meditation with the nonprofit we started, Community Village.

We'll be out of town on the East Coast & in Europe visiting with family during this time.
