I’m looking for a responsible and clean person to take care of my studio apartment while I'm visiting family. This fully furnished studio in a beautiful brownstone in Park Slope is available from January 2026 until the end of February 2026. The studio has high ceilings, hardwood floors, a bathtub, an adjacent kitchen, nice plants, and huge windows that look out at a pretty backyard. It is a lovely space with lots of lights and is pretty quiet.
The location is unreal with 6 subway lines available (2,3, B, Q, F, and G). It is a 5-minute walk to Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park, and you can easily walk to other neighborhoods like Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Fort Greene, and Gowanus. You will have access to many grocery shops, restaurants, cafés, bookstores, and cute shops. The rent is $2,650, including all utilities, a TV, Roku, Apple TV, and good Wifi.

I’m in my mid-30s and work in film. I mostly work from home and love being there. Outside of work, I’m into reading, watching movies, going to shows, walking in the park, and going out with friends.
