The apartment is fully furnished with a short 3 floor walkup and rooftop access. 

A short 5 minute walk away from all the attractions that SoHo, East Village, and Chinatown have to offer. 5 minutes away from Wholefoods and Essex Market (including Trader Joes), along with the J, M, Z, B,& D subway lines. 


I'm looking for a long-term subletter who can stay for 1 year or more.
