-Spacious second floor apartment with three bedrooms and TWO bathrooms (one will be private for you, small shower. It will be empty upon move in)
-no pets
-Room unfurnished
-Private furnished balcony only accessible by you. Technically shared with roommates, but they rarely use.
-Locked and gated apartment (entrance is away from the street, have to go through gate which is very safe) with bike storage, laundry in basement.
-Biggest room in apartment with lots of sunlight
- Off Forest M / Myrtle Wyckoff L/M
-Close to bars and cool shops, SUPER QUIET neighborhood but a lot of young people around, overall beautiful area.
-Nice living room/dining room combo with natural light, partially furnished with couch, tv, tv stand, etc (just won’t come with dining table and paper lamp for now).
-Overhead electronic AC/Heat in EVERY room with remote to control ( don't need to bring any ac unit!)
-Landlord is super nice and responsive

About This Lister

- You would live with 2 awesome roommates. T and P 22 and 23, both men. Both in school in Manhattan, not home very often.
-Very understanding and quiet. Communicate, clean, respectful. -They are social but don’t have people over very often.
