My girlfriend and I are subletting our lovely second floor apartment with stunning city views in Victor Heights -- a lovely, quiet neighborhood between Echo Park and Chinatown. Walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants in both directions + the Chinatown Metro Station where you can access the A-Line / Blue Line. Some of our favourite spots include Angel's Tacos, Melody Lounge, and Bar Henry :)

Our apartment includes 2 bedrooms, one of which is a primary bedroom, and the second doubles as a library + media room with a projector.

The apartment is bright with lots of privacy. 4 units total in the building. Our kitchen is well stocked with appliances + we have in-unit laundry. One parking spot available in the back.

The unit will be fully empty from 4/15 onward. For those interested in subletting earlier, let's chat! I (Hal) will be around for the first 2 weeks, but would be happy to share the space together for this time.
