Located on South 4th Street between Keap and Rodney, this fully furnished, sun-drenched apartment is spacious, bright, and conveniently situated. It is technically a two-bedroom, but I’ve converted the second bedroom into an office. Just one subway stop from the Lower East Side, the apartment is also on the same street as the famed Shalom Japan and next to their coffee shop, Toki Doki. The apartment is a short 10-15 minute walk to Domino Park with beautiful views of the city and McCarrent Park. A cat normally lives in the apartment, but won't be there during your stay.

If you’re a cat person and open to caring for a cat, I’d be happy to offer a discount. I also have an automatic litter box (Litter-Robot), which makes things much easier.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and responsible tenant to rent the apartment for the entire listed period. Couples are welcome as well. If you would like to take the apt for one month, but need to start a bit later, the dates are somewhat flexible.

The apartment is a third-floor walk-up in a quiet building on a residential block. It’s four blocks from the Marcy JMZ trains and less than a 10-minute walk to the L train at Lorimer. The bedroom features a very comfortable Casper queen-size bed with Brooklinen sheets.
