Looking for someone to take over the lease of our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in a pet-friendly building. We've lived here for over three years and are sad to be leaving! The apartment is on the top floor of a 4-floor walkup with roof access. It's cozy and bright with tons of natural sunlight (south facing!) and has beautiful features like a big bay window and parquet floors. The separate kitchen is large with lots of storage options.

One of it's best features is its location, tucked away right off Franklin Ave. It's close to so many restaurants and bars (some personal favorites include Don Udon, Silver Rice, Briscola Trattoria, Chavela's, Ras, Rialto Grande), but the apartment itself is super quiet because it's at the back of the building facing the courtyard. You're also so close to so many trains -- 4/5/2/3/S/A/C -- and walking distance to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. We're looking for someone to take over the lease as soon as August 15th, but option for September 1st start as well.
