The apartment is beautiful, cozy and light filled with hardwood floors throughout. It is fully furnished.
I am happy to provide whatever you need if you let me know. I keep the apartment very clean so it is important to me to have a subletter who does the same.
The second bedroom is a children's room which can be changed into an adult bedroom or office according to your needs.
There is a Citi Bike stand right across the street.
With just a 7 minute walk to the Franklin Avenue C station and 9 minute walk to Nostrand A, you are situated perfectly to be downtown Manhattan in a 14 minute train ride, and if you want to stick around, the neighborhood is full of wonderful bars cafes and restaurants. The Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden and Prospect Park are a 15 minute walk away.
Several great whole food markets are within blocks.
Single person is preferred.
Utilities and WiFi are not included.
