3 blocks from the A/C @Nostrand Ave. 1 Block from major bus lines B26 & SBS44. Right next to bodegas, grocery stores, and cafes. Walking distance to boutiques, restaurants, lounges, and bars along Tompkins Ave.

About This Lister
We are a therapist and a filmmaker working from the West Coast in Feb + March. We keep the house clean, and do not wear shoes inside (there is a shoe rack outside the door we will leave for your stay).
The landlord lives next door. We are easy to reach and friends with neighbors who can help you out in a pinch if needed. The only shared space in the building is the laundry room. :)

One month's rent is required upfront, which includes all utilities and a cleaning fee. A $500 deposit is required for renting, which you will get back at the end of your stay!
