Subletting my bedroom starting April 21st!
Open ended, as I don't know when I'll be back in NYC.

Apartment (second floor of a townhouse) is a 3BR/1BA currently shared with two other people (both 29 y/o). One of whom is an actor and works nights in the service industry, while the other is getting her masters in social work and also works in the service industry on the weekends.

We've all been friends since college, and are looking a kind, tidy, clean female to fill my room. Preferably someone who does not work from home.

This is the most magical apartment (especially in the summer!!), known for creating the perfect atmosphere for laughs and conversation.

-In unit laundry and dishwasher
-Massive sun-drenched kitchen and living space
-5 minute walk from 2/5 train
-15 minute walk from Prospect Park and the B/Q
-Radiator and AC unit in room
-Utilities usually around $70/month
