I'm renting out two rooms with a shared wall, perfect for someone looking for a bedroom and separate space to work in or use as an art studio, etc. Both rooms are filled with amazing light every day and are situated off a cute kitchen. I will be living on the other side of the apartment. We would share a kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Our building is super quiet, clean and peaceful. The landlords are great people and very attentive and kind. My best friend lives upstairs with her boyfriend and we keep it very friendly and very respectful. Our street has many families living on it who have lived here a long time and are very mindful about sound and general atmosphere. It's a very special and peaceful environment.

My landlords are great people and want to make sure we get a great fit in the apartment, so the move in date is flexible. There are no pets allowed, no smoking of any kind, no partying (A friend over is absolutely fine! We just don't have loud parties in the building) and looking for one roommate only.

If you are looking for a clean, calm, pretty home this is the right place for you! The space is a little bare bones right now because my roommate moved out to live with her girlfriend and took a lot of the living room items.
