A room is available for sublease in a three bedroom apartment in Bushwick.
The house is shared with two other lovely roommates (F, 26) and has a large living room and two bathrooms. There is a washer/dryer in unit, and the kitchen has a dishwasher(and a wine fridge!).
The apartment is on the 4th floor, and is a 5 minute walk from the J train (stop is Gates Av). There is an elevator in the building as well.
We like to keep a clean apartment, and all have busy schedules but like to spend time together when we can. We’d like someone who also appreciates a chill vibe in the house, who is communicative and will love the space as much as we do!
The roommate leaving has a cat, and he might stay with us for a bit but she will be taking him with her in the long run.
Neighbourhood favorites are a community garden right around the corner and some amazing local shops for produce, fish and groceries.
