Come join our lovely community of working artists, designers, and small businesses 2 blocks from the Morgan L in the heart of Bushwick! Our collective has offered a peaceful and collaborative work environment for countless talented artists over the past 7 years in one of the most beautiful and loved historic warehouse buildings in the area.

~ Jewelry Studio Spot ~

A bench is opening up in our collective jewelry studio! Access to all our shared equipment including various torches, rolling mill, industrial polisher, dapping sets, high-speed rotary tumbler, ultrasonic, & pin finishers. Spots rarely open up in our 6 bench studio so don’t snooze :)

Our shared studio has 5 spots total, the other artists currently working in there are painters, costume designers, and embroidery fine artists. Perfect for any noise/fume-free compatible mediums ~ painting, illustration, textiles, writing, graphic design/computer work, etc.

Spot 2~
Available Sept. 1st
$565 (utilities and wifi included)
Large spot by the sink, same shared studio as above ~must be compatible with the other artists’ practices in the room :)

Spot 3~
Available Sept. 1st
$800 (utilities and wifi included)
Perfect little private studio with lofted storage, sink, intercom, and indirect natural light :)
This is the first space in a railroad-style setup so 2 other very respectful artists would walk through your space to access theirs

Spot 4~
Available ASAP
$1950 (plus utilities and wifi)
Gorgeous large private studio on the floor above the NoLo collective. North-facing window, sink, intercom, and internal storage area (*can be removed if you prefer the space completely open). Though it’s on a separate floor you’d still be apart of our community with access to our kitchen and community events :)

*All spots including the jewelry studio require a 1 year lease, security deposit of 2 months rent
