I’ll be traveling abroad for the next few months (or potentially longer) and am looking for a thoughtful, clean, and respectful person to sublet my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment starting February 1, 2026. Dates are flexible, but I’m ideally hoping for a three-month stay.

The apartment rents for $3,500 per month and includes ALL utilities—heat, AC, electricity, WiFi, and building amenities. This is a calm, well-cared-for home with good energy, and I’m hoping to find someone who values that.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, tree-lined block in Stuyvesant Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant. It’s just a few blocks from the Utica Avenue A/C trains, with an easy 25-minute commute into Manhattan. The building has been thoughtfully renovated while maintaining the charm of the neighborhood. There’s a Citibike station nearby and Fulton Park is a short walk away, making for a lovely stroll to the subway. The area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and grocery options, including Saraghina, Milk & Pull, Trad Room, Nana Ramen, and Halsey Traders Market. The building has a laundry room in the basement, and drop-off laundry service is conveniently located around the corner.

The apartment itself is bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed, with high ceilings and west-facing views of treetops and the city skyline, offering beautiful sunset light. It has central heat and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bathroom with bathtub and shower, a smart TV in the living room, and unlimited fast WiFi. The building includes free access to a gym and sauna, as well as laundry facilities. A video walkthrough is available upon request.

• A $500 security/incidental deposit is required and will be returned after move-out.
