Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath, fully furnished apartment has 10-foot ceilings and white oak floors. It is in a pre-war doorman building on Eastern Parkway just steps from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Garden. At the end of the block you'll find the Franklin Avenue subway stop and amazing restaurants, coffeeshops and nightlife.

The ample entryway has two large closets and opens into the dining area, where we've installed a custom-built banquette that's great for entertaining (and Zoom calls!).

The kitchen has a Bosch gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Bosch fridge with French doors and an icemaker. We'll leave you our Nespresso machine and frother. There's also a marble-topped café table for two.

In the living room is a sofa, two comfortable chairs and an antique armoire which holds a 55" Samsung smart TV for streaming. There's even an upright piano (Danish modern style).

The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed (Tempurpedic). The second is set up as an office. (We have a blow-up mattress for visitors.)

The bathroom has a tub/shower and spacious medicine cabinet. There's also a Miele washer and dryer in our unit.

The rent includes internet (Fios Wifi), gas, water and electricity. There are window air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living room.

Accessibility: there are a few steps into the building and a few more in the atrium. A ramp leads to the basement and elevator.

The friendly door staff are on duty from 8am to midnight, 7 days a week and receive packages. There's also a live-in super.

On the dates, we could extend it until the end of July.
