Bebop is a community-oriented co-living house in the heart of Fort Greene. Life here runs on a few simple principles: open communication, abundance (sharing knowledge, time, and resources), and a "doocracy" spirit where housemates take initiative to make the home better. There's a voluntary food share so you can opt into shared meals and a stocked kitchen, plus regular happy hours, dinner parties, and creative gatherings. It's an easy place to plug into the community without it being demanding — help out when you can, ask for help whenever you need it.
PRICING
- Rent: $3,641/month for a 12-month lease
- Community dues: $330/month (covers utilities, internet, 2x/month cleaning & essential supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, etc)
- Security deposit: $2,000

I'm a scientist and entrepreneur working in clean energy and climate tech, so my days are a mix of deep technical work, building things, and connecting people.
