Nice spot for work from home with local coffee shops nearby.
A few doors away from Grandchamps, block away from grocery stores, Bed-Stuy restaurants and shops. Walkable to both the A/C Utica stop or J Gates stop (I'm a brisk walker). Citi bike stations installed down the block as well!
The apartment comes furnished so minimal furnishings needed. The bedroom is large however there is no walk-in closet, but an armoire wardrobe closet.

I'm open to have the place ready to move in by Dec. 15th. You can stay for 15 days FREE for upfront payment of 2 months + deposit. Open to discuss flexible stay period as well.
No application/fee but must sign a sublet contract/ID copy.
Internet, Electric, Gas to be paid addition to rent - roughly $150-200 total due to heating. We can discuss arrangement. A cat, a kid, or couple can be considered. Open to discuss as well.
