Folks come from all over to get the coffee and pastries from Welcome Home down the block, seafood from Shipwreck around the corner, and all the bars/pubs/restaurants in a few block radius. Thompkins Park is just two blocks away and the Bed Stuy Y is a few blocks down Bedford Ave... great lap pool!
