The place is a 3-bed 2-bath in prime Bed Stuy on Jefferson and Throop, nestled among brownstones and close to heavy hitters like Corto, Frog, Barb's, Met Fresh, and HVK park!

The available room is queen sized with a large sized closet and storage space, easily able to fit bed + nightstand + desk.

About This Lister

We just signed this lease, so we’ll all move in together. We’re looking for LGBTQ friendly folks who enjoy communal living and are down to chat/eat dinner/watch a movie together but also respect personal time and space. We like throwing the occasional dinner party or soiree but are NOT into bringing the party home, as they say.

Things we care about: Creating a cozy communal space and keeping it clean n’ nice. We’re not freaks about it, aka the occasional dish in the sink is fine, but hopefully you already know your way around a vacuum. Excited about leveling up the garden so bonus points if you’re into that kind of thing. We both have M-F 9-5's so mandatory peaceful vibe on weeknights.

We like doing stuff like going to music & shows, making art, being outdoors (biking, running, skiing) and pretending to “ironically” watch reality TV.
