This is a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Bed Stuy. There is a private backyard with a grill, chic bonfire, and a dining table + chairs. A dishwasher inside the apt + laundry, along with plentiful storage in the basement. You will be alone in the apartment for the duration of the stay, so perfect for a solo person or couple. It is a well sized two bed, one bath, with great vibes. Super sweet, very clean, and a comfortable place to relax and hang. Utilities included in the cost. My roommate will have just moved out and I will be away on a project, so the apartment will be completely unfurnished except for the bedroom, hence the lower cost. Inside the bedroom is a brand new king size bed with percale bedding, and an A/C unit. My roommate owned all the furniture in the common spaces and is taking it with onto her next adventure. You must be clean, hygienic, and respectful of the space. The apartment is a few steps from Saraghina, Rita and Maria, Lunatico, etc.
