Hi — I'm looking for one roommate to fill a Bed-Stuy private room. I've lived in this space for the past couple of years and have loved making it into a home.
The available bedroom is large enough to fit a full size bed and desk. There is a large closet in the bedroom and an additional shared closet in the living room. The apartment has central A/C and heating, a dishwasher, a private rooftop and laundry in the basement. It is within walking distance to the G or J/M trains and just a few minutes from Herbert Von King park.

The room is $1,610/month before utilities. One month security deposit will also be required. You will be added to the lease, so a good credit score will be necessary as well.
