Room available in sunny Bed-Stuy apartment! Room is unfurnished and approximately 100sq feet in a 3rd floor walk up. Includes spacious closet, and two, northeast facing windows. The apartment includes in-unit laundry, central AC, large updated kitchen, hardwood floors, 1.5 bathrooms, is mostly furnished, and has some beautiful plants. It is a four bedroom apartment, but we split the rent 3 ways. We call the fourth bedroom "the garage," and it is useful for storage, guests, workout space, and other miscellaneous needs!

Close to C Kingstoon-Throop, A/C Nostrand, and G Bedford Nostrand. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and coffee shops--think Corto, Dolores, Macosa, etc!

We are looking for someone to take over a third of the lease. I am currently a graduate student and my roommate works in the auto industry. We are clean, joyful, and social but understand the need for alone time.

I (Eloise, she/her, 27 years old) am a former teacher and now MSW graduate student. I love yoga, cooking, running, traveling, and park time in the city! I am currently single but in and out of dating men.

My roommate Dennis (he/him, 31 years old) is a resident of Brooklyn of 5 years, has a boyfriend who lives in Astoria, and is a stellar plant curator for the apartment. He loves motor sports, trying new restaurants, and is a recently minted international traveller.
