Our apartment sits in a dynamic street in the heart of Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. A spacious, furnished, and well-lit apartment with big windows and A/C units in each bedroom and common areas. The building is a mixed-use residence, with a Mixed Martial Arts gym and a coffee shop on the first two floors. There is a washer and dryer in the building, and storage in the basement if needed (which would have to be independently rented). The neighborhood is home to many families and artists, with lots of restaurants and cafes in our street and nearby. There are quarterly street festivals with vendors and many neighborhood activities in a charming part of Brooklyn distinguished by its Victorian-style homes.

10-minute walk to Prospect Park, 5-minute walk to the Q-train, about a 30 min commute into Lower Manhattan. F/G trains are within 15 min walking distance.

You'd live with two roommates: Karen, a documentary filmmaker (30/F) and Nahny (30/F) a tech entrepreneur. We prioritize good energy and a healthy environment where communication and respect are key.
