Beautiful duplex in two family townhome on a quiet and friendly neighborhood street by the A/C train line (15 minute walk to L and J trains). We have been here for 7 years, we know and love our neighbors.

On the ground floor is a reading room and an open kitchen which overlooks the living room, which leads to the backyard. Washer and dryer on the ground floor.

The 2nd floor houses the 3 bedrooms. You'd be sharing this landing with my husband and I. The room available is on the opposite side of the house allowing for more privacy.

We have two cats -- the tidiness is maintained, the litter boxes are in the basement which the cats have cat door access to.

We both live busy lives but enjoy sharing tea in the living space when we're free.

We love a clean and tidy home, with light and chill energy. Home is a reprieve from the busy city life.

We are 1 train stop away from amazing neighborhood spots Saraghina restaurant and bakery, Lunatico, Peaches, Gladys Books, Che etc.

* The last photo shows the spacious sun drenched room we're filling -- we're in the process of throwing up a fresh coat of paint and covering the outlets after my husband's friend recent move out. The room will be exemplary by the 1st!*

About This Lister

My husband and I will be sharing the space with you! along with one friend who moves out at the end of April (and our two cats Dagger and Kerosene)

Our one roomy is a dancer, my husband is a farmer/gardener/bee keeper/landscaper and works construction, and I recently returned to the city after a stint upstate -- currently working service and stepping back into more somatic practices. Our home environment is very laid back and we love to keep it that way! As long as everyone cleans up after themselves, everything is pretty chill.

We would love to host someone to contribute to the overall warm and cozy vibe of our home.
