I’m looking for a roommate for a newly renovated Crown Heights apartment. It is a 5-minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains (20 mins to Manhattan), a block away from the restaurants and cafes of Franklin Ave, and walking distance to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum. The building is great and the landlord is very considerate and kind. I can't say enough good things about this place!

The bedroom has a tall closet with storage cubbies and access to shared bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Roommates would enter a fixed term sublease through me and present the first month’s rent, as well as a security deposit for move-in. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
