We are looking for a third roommate to fill a sunny, spacious bedroom in our 3 bed, 1 bath triplex unit. Monthly rent is $964 plus utilities, about $100/month. The room is unfurnished, 136sq/ft with two walk-in closets. Comfortably fits a queen size bed, large dresser, and desk. Amenities include furnished common areas, backyard with garden boxes, in-unit laundry, garage, and street parking. We are very walkable to Glassell Park Pool, Lemon Poppy Kitchen, Verdugo Bar, Bub & Grandma’s Restaurant, and Super A Foods. You’ll also be living with a well behaved dog, and an indoor/outdoor cat. We are at capacity for animals, but welcome animal lovers.
We are searching for someone who is:
- Communicative, respectful, and easy going
- An active partner in cleaning and maintenance of the space
- Financially stable
- COVID conscious, please share your vaccination status when you inquire
- LGBTQ+ or ally
- Likes having company over sometimes, but doesn’t bring the party home
- Not a regular drinker/smoker/partier
