A professional in their late 20's to 30's who keeps the shared spaces clean and wants to treat the home as a sanctuary to the hectic lifestyle of living in this city.

As this is a shared apartment, looking for a respectful, clean person who will jive with my roommate. He's pretty busy and spends a lot of time out and about, so the balance of who's in the apartment feels pretty good.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

I love my room. It's comfortable and functional. It's fitted with Google home, smart lights, Sonos surround sound, an electric guitar and practice amp (for my music people).

The closet and shelves pictured will be cleaned for you prior to move in.

The room and common spaces are furnished, so this is ideal for someone who's visiting the city or is moving to NY and needs a temporary place to shop around for a more permanent situation.

Additionally, we have 1 full bathroom that we share, and a half bath that only has a toilet in it. It's kind of random, but it's helpful if and when someone is occupying the main bathroom.
