2 Beds 1.5 Baths - Townhouse

Hi All! I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of the beautiful multi level, 2br + office, 1.5bath, w/d in unit + plus back yard, brownstone I currently rent in Crown Heights, with the intention of signing a lease from 05/01/26-05/01/27.

The ideal roommate would be in in their mid-late twenties at least, LGBTQ (or allied), an animal lover as I have a dog and a cat, financially stable, and really excited about the opportunity to steward a home as some what of a home owner.

Move in would be 05/01 but I will be head down studying for the NYS bar exam so am hoping to meet the right person before mid April.

Rent is 2625 PP monthly (5250 a month total) and that includes utilities (electric, gas, WiFi) as they are all paid for by the landlord. I am willing to be flexible on the split (+/- $100-$150) as I will be taking the office.

I am 33, formerly ran start up companies until August 2023 when I decided to start law school at 30! As I said in the post, I will be graduating law school beginning of May and pretty immediately beginning bar prep so I am hoping to have a new roommate added to the lease before end of April.

I am a former competitive horseback rider and still ride about 2x per week. My other hobbies include Pilates, yoga, cooking and nerding out about natural wine.

This home is so beautiful and I feel very lucky to rent it. I am hoping to find someone who appreciates it as much as I do, is mature, responsible and clean.
