The two bedroom apartment is located on historic Mulberry st. with Canal as the cross street, next to the 6, J, Z, N, Q, R, W as well as the A, C, E trains a bit further down Canal street. Tons of Italian and Asian restaurants as well as souvenir shops directly out front. The entire apartment is furnished with all necessities and kitchen utilities. The available bedroom has a full sized bed, bedside table, dresser, lamp, window, mounted TV and wall shelves. Perfect for someone who is looking for a shirt to medium term spot in lower Manhattan. You'll receive a key to the front door of the building on the ground level as well as one for the actual apartment door after 5 flights of stairs (it is a walk-up/no elevator). Wi-fi, PG&E included.

I, a 38 year old male, have lived in this apartment for almost 9 years and thoroughly enjoy it. I was living with my cousin until her visa got approved for the UK and she abandoned me because she has a thing for jacked up teeth. I lean way harder to the “clean-freak” side so picking up after yourself is a must. It is a NYC apartment (low on space) so any clutter or disorganization gets out of hand quickly and is to be avoided. There’s also a 12 hour limit on how long dirty dishes can sit in the sink... again, it is a Chinatown apartment. Exceptions are made for hangover days. I work in production on a freelance basis so my schedule is unpredictable but it’s safe to say that I’m out of the apartment at least 4 days out of the week. I like cooking a big pot of soup and inviting friends over occasionally. Similar behavior is allowed and encouraged as long as the space is respected and returned to its original state when guests leave. Pretty standard dude with pretty standard expectations.
