Dishwasher, elevator and laundry in building and a shared finished roof. The apartment has modern appliances, hardwood floors, beautiful big windows and high ceilings. The bedroom has a closet and can fit a full bed, a dresser and possibly a small desk. It also has a Juliette balcony.

The neighborhood is very cute, right between McCarren and McGolrick parks, lots of coffee shops and restaurants, walkable to the Nassau G and the Bedford L train.

Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and relatively quiet.

I am clean but not a neat freak, respectful and communicative as a roommate. I'm a vegan and prefer if you cook meat to use your own pans but otherwise I'm ok with having meat in the apartment. I've lived in this apartment for 5 years and love it a lot.
