I have two similarly sized (15'x9') rooms with lots of closet space plus your own full bath in a huge Bed-Stuy triplex available for rent starting June 1. Happy to rent to 1 person, a couple, or 2 friends/roommates.

I moved here with two beloved roommates in mid-2023. We are very amicably parting ways (one of them got engaged) and I have decided to continue on in the space. I would love to find someone(s) great who want to settle in and call this special space home for a while.

We can make arrangements to meet and tour the space starting April 7.

About the Apartment:

- It is located on Nostrand Ave. between Clifton and Greene, which is a 2 minute walk to the G at Bedford-Nostrand and 1 block away from Herbert Von King. I may be a little biased but I think it's the best area in Brooklyn. Full disclosure: Nostrand Ave is not always a quiet and serene block. If you are a light sleeper or can't fathom using ear plugs this may not be the spot for you.
- Amenities: W/D in unit, keyless entry
- Spacious with lots of closet space: a bright, eat-in kitchen, a huge basement including an additional BR+BA (this is where the W/D is - we used it as a home gym)
- The bedrooms are not furnished but the common areas are. The A/C is from wall units; there will be wall units in your rooms.
- Your 2BR+1BA are on the first floor / entry level floor with the kitchen. My room + bathroom is up 1 flight of stairs. The rest of the common space (and the W/D) is downstairs in the basement.

About This Lister

I am a single guy in my mid-30s. I work for a record label full time. I am a lover of many arts and crafts but lean more left brain than right. I am originally from DC, I lived in LA for 7 years, and now I am coming up on 5 years in Brooklyn. During the week, I am either commuting to my office or working from home. On evenings and weekends, I am variably out and about, fiddling with a woodworking project, or watching TV/reading at home. I travel occasionally - typically one weekend per month and 2-3 weeks during the year.
