Hello! My roommate is in LA for a few weeks, and we're looking to sublet their upstairs bedroom / office in a 2 bedroom apartment. The dates listed are flexible - the room is available in starting ~now and there may be some wiggle room at the end of February.

The room is truly HUGE and furnished with a bed/table/dresser/desk/bookshelf/couch/etc. It was just painted last month!

You'd share the downstairs living space, kitchen and bathroom with me, but you have your own entrance to the bedroom, which is up two flights of stairs. The space downstairs is also furnished and has some some nice appliances (including a projector, etc). We have a LOT of space!!

I also have a cat who lives downstairs - she's very sweet and a bit shy.

Queer roommates aged 25+ are preferred but I'm open!
