Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is lived-in and eclectic. It’s not fancy, no dishwasher or in-unit washer or dryer, but it’s spacious and comfortable.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with a grocery store, laundromat, and a few restaurants nearby. Prospect Park is about a 15-minute walk, and downtown Manhattan is roughly 35 minutes by train.

I’m looking for a responsible, considerate roommate who keeps things tidy and enjoys a calm, relaxed home. Writers, designers, artists, or anyone creative will feel at home here. Mutual respect and clear communication are the most important things.

Utilities and basic household supplies are included in the total monthly rent. This is a non-smoking home. No pets, unfortunately.
