My roommate and I were just approved for a lease in Bed Stuy/Ocean Hill and are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom! You would be joining a one year lease starting April 1.

The available room is the largest in the apartment and comes with an en suite bathroom and a big walk-in closet (which also has its own window). The space is very bright and airy with high ceilings and was just renovated so all appliances (and bathrooms!) are brand new, including a big dishwasher. It’s the whole top floor of a two unit walk up building, with a responsive and kind property manager.

You’d be living with me, Hong, a cook and writer, and my roommate Ben, a bookseller and guitar teacher. We’re excited to build a communal and calm home and would love to talk to you if you’re looking for the same! QTBIPOC preferred.

Please note that because we were just approved for the apartment, we don’t have pictures readily available but do have a video upon request. If we think it’s a good fit we’d be happy to arrange an in-person tour with the property manager.
