- No pets! I'm unfortunately allergic.
The only things that aren't staying are couch, tv, and what's currently in the bedroom and bathroom.
Looking for someone clean, mostly quiet at night (I'm a light sleeper, but partying in our home once or twice a month is cool), queer or an ally, we don't have to be best friends but at least fun friendly vibezzz. No smoking in the house. Ideally you can move in and feel ~at home~ instead of like you're just moving into ~my space~, I want to avoid you feeling like that! Let's keep clear communication about any problems we're having.
