This is a basement apartment with two exits and limited natural lighting. No dogs, 1 cat is OK.
Apartment is right off the J Chauncey stop and a short walk to the C Rockaway stop. The block is incredibly involved and we truly love the people on this block.
Move in is for March 15 (we’ll be out 3/1, so it could probably be sooner) and the sublease is till the end of August with the option to renew.
