I am going to be in Madrid in this time period..I am the current tenant and have sublet once before with no issues. It has always been just me in the place, and it is quite small so I don't have company often. I would be looking for someone lowkey and to themselves. The building has very quiet and respectful neighbors.

There is a full bedframe + mattress and large clothing dresser in the bedroom. In the other room is a couch that can fold down into a bed.
