About This Lister

I bought this house 19 years ago and have spent these years loving living here and investing most my time and income to make the house comfortable and secure.
After 25 years freelancing in audio production in NYC i plan to spend the next year in New Orleans. After one year, depending on how things are going both in Brooklyn and in NOLA i will consider continuing to rent or possibly move back in.

I am looking for a tenant who will appreciate the place and is interested to exchange care of sidewalks, trees, trash and recycling for this reduced rent.

I will be showing space and will be the primary contact during the rental period. If and when we need maintenance or repair i will arrange for a trusted person to do the work.
