I'm a late thirties product designer in the climate-tech space looking to sublet my place out for the summer (will be traveling/working in Europe). This is my primary home and fully equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay.

I am looking for a respectful, clean, and quiet individual—ideally a visiting scholar, graduate student, or working professional. Since the apartment includes my record collection, high-end kitchenware, and nicer furniture, I am seeking someone who will treat the space with the same care they would their own home. No smoking and no pets, please.

The Neighborhood:
– Quiet and residential neighborhood
– 10 min walk to UC Berkeley / Downtown Berkeley / BART Station
– 10 min walk to the incredible Berkeley Bowl grocery store
– Conveniently close to campus but far enough that there are no parties around. Neighborhood is a mix of students, families, and working professionals

The Space
– 1 bedroom apartment (750 sq ft)
– Full bath with bath and shower
– Spacious and fully stocked kitchen (Cast iron, enamel cookware, all-clad pans, baking equipment, etc)
– Remote work setup with Apple Studio Display and Apple Peripherals
– Living room with Apple TV Projector Setup, Record Player, and Hi-Fi Audio
– Porch + shared backyard / garden
– Coin-operated laundry in garage
