Fast Wifi 4 remote work. A haven for quiet enjoyment. 10 mins to Amagansett, 7 mins to East Hampton Village, 20 mins to Montauk, 18 mins to Sag Harbor. Close to everything, restaurants and activities - surfing, cinema, galleries, events, shopping, Hamptons Film Festival, etc.

It will be hard to find a less expensive 3 bedroom house with pool in the Hamptons, I promise you.

We have found terrific renters in the past through LP and word-of-mouth. We've rented this place on Listings Project for years. It was rented all summer 2025 to long-term and repeat renters and mostly through word of mouth. We are happy to share with the LP community which has always been great.

For June, July and August, electric is billed separately. That way if you choose to leave the door open with aircon blasting, it will be on you. Generally electric costs for 2 weeks is around 100-150 USD.

The property fits two cars in the driveway. Perhaps one more can park on the street.

This is not a high-end property so if that is what you need, this is not your spot. This is a wonderful haven for unfussy people who want a quiet respite close to nature, Amagansett, Sag Harbor, Montauk, and East Hampton Village just down the road.
