Well appointed, tastefully designed and comfortable Brooklyn home. This is a primary residence so you will find everything you need from cooking supplies, to linens, and books to read. This is one of three units in a quiet friendly building. This is not the place to come for parties--quiet hours are in effect in the building from 10pm-9am.

On the first floor is a beautiful open space with kitchen, living room, and dining room. Off the kitchen is a large deck with a grill and seating for six.

On the floor below are both bedrooms and office. One primary bedroom with ensuite, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard. The other bedroom has two large windows and ample closet space. Both bedrooms have high quality queen sized beds. Four adults can comfortably sleep here and that is the maximum we will allow occupy the space during the rental period.

There is an office with a desk and comfy reading chair, if you need to do some work while you stay here.

You'll also find a finished basement with laundry facilities and a large couch with a projector set up for all your TV and movies watching needs.

The neighborhood is an amazing mix of vibrant yet quiet. There are many places within walking distance to eat drink and be merry. This isn't so much of a "shopping" area, though we do have a smattering of boutiques, records shops, vintage stores and an amazing independent bookstore just around the corner.

The A/C and the G are both a 10-15 minute walk with many buses just blocks away.
