Cute patio with two chairs to sit outside. The living room has a projector and kind of split into two sections (chill/work zones). That work zone has a very comfortable office chair -- perfect WFH situation (note that the second white desk is now gone).

A well-stocked kitchen if you're into cooking. The bedroom is quiet + has a nice view of the downtown area.

Overall great location, very green and quiet street right next to Sunset Blvd (pretty walkable area, coffee shops/food/groceries). No problem with parking if you have a car.

I am looking for a single person or a couple that can keep this place tidy and alive while I'll be out!
