Currently set up with bedroom and an office/flex room; both bedrooms are spacious and get tons of natural light. The apartment has modern, clean, minimal furnishings with comfortable sofas to relax on, 2 quiet workspaces with optional standing desks, and a comfortable queen sized bed.

The apartment is located on a lovely, tree-lined block in Crown Heights with an Italian cafe on the corner, and multiple coffee shops and bars within one block. We are located around the corner from the President Street 2/5 and the Nostrand Ave 3 train, and an 8-minute walk to the Franklin Avenue 2/3/4/5; it’s a 25-minute commute to Manhattan. Laundromat 1 block away; Grocery store (Union Market) 2 blocks away. Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park 15-20 minute walk away. Internet + utilities included in the rent.
