Completely renovated, our house has everything you need for a perfect NYC stay. Walk up the stairs from the street into our parlor floor to an open living room, kitchen and dining layout. We have a working fireplace with the most comfortable couch to cuddle up on. Very family friendly with everything you need as we have a two and four year old.

We are big time cooks with everything you need in our kitchen from a vitamamix, to a wolf range, to all copper and le cruset cookware.

The dining room has large sliding glass doors that open to a patio with an 8 person outdoor table and stairs that lead into a peaceful backyard with a gas and charcoal grill.

The second floor has a primary bedroom with a king size natural hybrid mattress and large bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Across the hall is a kids room with a queen fulton bed and crib.

On the third floor lives the office with a full size futon and a separate guest bedroom with a queen size all natural latex bed.

We have a state of the art brand new elliptical machine and Pilates reformer for your use as well.

Throughout the house you will find decor and touches from our travels abroad.

Overall, our house can comfortably sleep 8 with 4 and 1/2 bathrooms.
