Main info about my Barcelona place:
• Sunny, renovated 1162,5 sq ft / 108 sq m apartment in a central but not touristy area, between neighborhoods Eixample and Les Corts–full of cafes, bookstores, parks, restaurants, etc. This area is lively while calm and family-friendly at night, and the building is a historic one with a modern elevator. Close to sea, woods, and other beautiful areas around the city.
• 4 rooms, currently distributed as 3 bedrooms + 1 office, but can become 2 bedrooms + 2 offices.
• 2 full bathrooms.
• Comfortable kitchen and dining area (if you’re into cooking or hosting).
• Living room with (great) books and a large TV.
• Small private terrace.
• Air conditioning and heating; washing machine and dryer; dishwasher, microwave, oven, WIFI, etc.
I’m looking for a flexible New York-Barcelona apartment swap starting anytime this summer or fall (alternatively, I'm also looking for someone to rent my Barcelona apartment while I rent/sublet one in New York.)
I'm a writer from Barcelona looking to spend periods of time in New York. I did my PhD at Princeton so I'm familiar with the area. I'm the author of two novels and (as you'll see) my place in Barcelona is filled with light, books & work spaces, so I hope you find it as inspiring and relaxing as I do! I just renovated it and it's a writer's sanctuary. Feel free to get in touch with any questions :)
