Enjoy my spacious, sunny, fully furnished one bedroom in one of Brooklyn's most beautiful neighborhoods: Clinton Hill between Fort Greene and Bed-Stuy. (It's a block from the local public library at 380 Washington Avenue.)

This recently renovated apartment features beautiful wooden floors and hand-painted walls plus a spacious living room and dining area that overlooks leafy backyards and includes a vintage dining room table that comfortably seats 8.

There’s a new queen-sized Helix bed, two large closets, and two large bureaus for your stuff, plus a desk and work area with high-speed internet and printer. The good-sized kitchen features great cookware, a gas range and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, recycling bins, and a hanging rack for your bike. The laundry room is in the apartment building’s next-door wing.

Rent includes ALL UTILITIES. That means high-speed internet, gas, water, and electricity. (There are two great air conditioners that cool the whole apartment.)

The apartment is situated between the Clinton Hill C and G subways and is a 5-minute stroll to each. Just 20 minutes to the Village. Fort Greene Park and the neighborhood's fabulous eateries, markets, and cafés are just around the corner. It’s only a 10-minute bike ride to Park Slope, Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, or the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and there are Citi Bikes right across the street.

My apartment can accommodate 1 responsible, quiet, clean, non-smoking person or a couple. I'm happy to answer any questions about the apartment, building, or neighborhood.
